Hmm im not sure but ultimately pinning blame isn't really helpful, just have to hope lessons have been learnt. We are in a really tough spot and unfortunately the Gaffa remit is to essentially over achieve which he has been doing. In return for his overachieving he's essentially been given free reign to run the club as he sees fit.
