Don't know if this is aimed at me but I assure you he said that Alan pardew shouldn't be judged until he can field his first team in which de jong is the focal point, once de jong is back then he can be judged. I'm not calling the bloke but he definately was pro-pardew in that interview and threw around a lot of the tired cliches associated to pardew. I just expected more knowledge from him.

Heard that interview on talksport and was completely flabbergasted. I really thought olivier was on the pulsw when it came to newcastle and the fans but thats evidently not the case. From what I remember he churned out the "hands are tied by Ashley" bollocks then went on to say that pardew should only be judged when he has his first team available and that de jong was meant to be the ahining light in the team and its unfair to judge till he'a fit. Really hoping for the toxic atmosphere (cant believe im hoping for that) which engulfed sjp last year for the cardiff game. If there was ever a time fans need to rally together nows the time, I want to support the team but atm thats not possible because of my overiding disbelief in pardews ability and because even the players seem to not give a fuck now.
