From what I’ve been told (and previously said), if this goes to court, the buying side doesn’t lose in a month of Sunday’s. It simply comes down to the timeframe. You do realise these people have been claiming all sorts for more than 3 years now, none of which has come to pass. So forgive me for not believing this. Feels a tad unfair, whilst the outcome has never been what they/we wanted they've clearly been trying. Feels like this failed attempt had more at play then just not fit owners.

Wouldn't it be fair to say that this is not a frivolous purchase but a key part of MBS Vision2030 plan? Are they cutting back on this project too? This keeps getting mentioned but I don't see how it has anything to do with the potential acquisition of NUFC. The main concerns with regards to Vision 2030 are: to diversify the economy away from oil (if this is related to that, there are far better options ROI-wise than buying a football club, especially in the current climate), improve the health sector, improve education, promote tourism (again can't imagine this would be enriched through buying nufc), facilitate more recreation activities and improving infrastructure. Hard to argue that buying the club ties into any of those goals in my humble opinion. My take is that football is a worldwide game, huge audiences and probably biggest sport in the west. You only need to take a look at man city to see how sportswashing does seemingly work. Could be a ploy of theirs to come across a bit more nicey nice and not so much chopping up reporters. I guess I think they're in it to change the perception of SA in the west. Football and ROI does not go in the same sentence.

As soon as he's asked a totally valid question about something HE stated there isn't a peep from him. As someone said above he likes to prod the animal for shits and giggles and as soon as he's bit he spends the next couple days whining on how he's abused. He's been proven wrong as much as anyone else during this, there doesn't seem to be anyone out there who knows what is going on other than the very people dealing with it, buyers/seller/PL I very much doubt he knows anything about what MA thinks. He knows what buncey knows and that's the square root of fuck all.

Fewming. Send my regards to your hair and personality next time you see them.

Nee wonder Ashley is fucked off. Ha ha aye, that'll be where that statement last night comes from! But for that to happen it would have to have been rejected? Unless the PL just came back with the same line about arbitration and submitting further people for testing and that has sent Mike into a paddy. If these transfers were done on the back of the same no red flags shit, then they are all completely dense and we are screwed.

This is pissing me right off now. Why is he saying (again) that they thought approval would come this week when from what I can see, the PL don't appear anywhere close to approving it. What information does he, the club, and the consortium have that have given them that impression ? I mean it's a hearsay atm so who knows what to believe. Maybe the consortium we're confident they had established clear separation between pif and state, but the PL stood firm with their legal standing on it? Whilst I'm pigging sick of it, I'm intrigued to see what/if anything comes of this shit slinging.

I believe Newcastle United said the PL rejected it and said Masters has acted the wanker. The PL responded by saying they wont be making a comment. Only for them to then make a comment by releasing a statement, and saying Masters didnt act a wanker & they haven't rejected any deal. Fair. Suppose the only thing I'm wondering now, is if the PL should've rejected the deal if Information wasn't forthcoming? They literally have no cutoff for takeover processes?

So, am I right in thinking that unless NUFC pulled the takeover from PL it still stands? Obviously that's a big thing for nufc and the takeover, but unless nufc state that it's done and withdrawn to the prem, it officially isn't? Surely they have to apply their test, and ultimately fail it due to insufficient information being provided? How does it just stay open without a decision?
