Howay the lads. -
The tactics and the way we play quote is Bruce talking shite. He has had enough time to get us playing good football and he can't keep talking like. Comes across really poorly. But people getting pissed off about the Newport quote? Why? They have a decent home record in the cup. Beaten Leeds, Middlesbrough, Leicester and drawn with Spurs in home cup games over past few years. Will be a tricky game in my eyes. We should win but they clearly can get a bigger scalp on their home ground.

Aye second half has been canny. Better for sure.

"It'd be interesting to see how we implement him into our rigid 4-4-2 system, especially now that Joelinton is finally proving his doubters wrong after scoring 2 goals against Morecombe and getting a 7/10 from Lee Ryder against Tottenham. Personally, I would rather we signed Rodrigo Vilca's cousin who plays in the division below. Yes, the quality in that division may not be as good but having watched him a few times I think he has the physique to handle the physicality of the Premier League. His cousin scored 3 goals and got 2 assists (3 goals + 2 assists = 5 goals in total) in 16 games which statistically is 0.6x better than than what Vilca achieved in 21 games at Municipal. However, I am far from writing Vilca off. I personally would loan him out to a team like Hoffenheim where Joelinton experienced a lot of success. If he's worth his salt & does the business in the German league I'd bring him back and be looking to offload Atsu. The problem ultimately though is that there are too many haters on here and everyone has already written him off. I agree we can all have different opinions but no need to get nasty about it." ?

Don't think they'll lose more than twice in the league this season. I don't disagree tbf

Liverpool look sharp like.
-
Where we fluke a 2-1 win or another horrific draw. Mind, we're terrible at Craven Cottage, so will probably lose there. We won 4-0 in our last game at Craven Cottage.

Do we play the worst football in the Premier League?

You can be critical of the team, the managers, players etc. That is perfectly normal. Wanting us to lose games and celebrating when we lose or to say "you need to give you head a shake" for celebrating an equaliser in the 7th minute of injury time is fucking weird and those cunts need to stop watching. If you don't enjoy a 7-0 win then go find something else better to do with your time. If I don't enjoy something, I won't watch it or consume it. It's pretty simple. Now yes, we play shite football. Probably the worst in the league. But we do pick up points. I'm still convinced we have a good team spirit overall. Somebody mentioned Bruce bringing in new blood on the coaching side. Again probably not the worst idea. -
I liked the turn he did 2nd half past 2 spurs players near corner flag. Maybe a tad unlucky with cross.

Excellent yesterday.

So celebrating an injury time equaliser, means you need to give your head a shake? You are f***ing weird. An injury time penalty where Dier committed a foul on Carroll I could see your point but c'mon mate... Can you not see that that decision was so f***ing wrong its unreal but because we were the beneficiaries we've to just go 'get in'?!! Is that the direction you want the game to go in? Anyway, we equalised in a game we should have have been hammered in, yet again!! All media will be on about the decision, Bruce and Ashley get away with it. Maybe it is me... maybe I need to step away from watching this version of nufc. It's getting like the Pardew era where a win/draw is just extending the torture. It's you.

How can you improve without creating anything? We had an extra 4% possession, huge gains. First half and second were absolutely dreadful and our skins were saved due to a combination of Spurs’ finishing, a few Darlow saves and a ridiculous rule/decision. We clearly improved second half. First half was dire and should have been 2 or 3 behind. 2 shots on target in 3 games if you don't include the pen. But you think this is a negative board. It's a negative board because a large majority get upset when we don't lose.

First half shit. Second half we improved without creating much. Lucky at the end but will take it.

Either 3-1 defeat or 2-2 draw. I do fancy us to score like. -
We won 7-0. Cheer up man. Weird that you didn’t say anything after the Brighton game. Too busy? I said we were awful. Literally after the game. In the match thread. Bit of an own gol there mate. Keep trying. Apologies, I meant about Bruce, in this thread. Oh sorry. I posted my opinion of the game in the match thread. How silly of me. Don't want to upset the thread police.

Our biggest win in 21 years. If you're not satisfied with 7-0, no point in you supporting the Toon. Go get another hobby. It's not for you.

Happy with that

These are obviously absolutely gash but we have scored some really good goals. Very professional.
