  1. fair point, he`s a thrilling player, has world class potential if he can improve his finishing and match awareness/vision
  2. I think many of that tough crowd are just a little exasperated at schoolyard dribbles with no end product, and the lack of awareness to learn from it, which is what we are witnessing imo,and it's become elevated because it's crunch time. Willock, I haven't a scooby what's happened there, but I live amongst Gooners and haven't met one yet who has rated him,so maybe he put the cape on to save Brucie
  3. The 'turn' ? Observations that are plain to see, he's hardly droppable at this stage.
  4. Not quite the threatened pummelling, and some cheer to be had in the second half showing. Some resilience and character and attacking intent. Approach play remains on the timid side
  5. The worst thing about this game now is Steve Macfuckingmanaman
  6. yeah, he`s arguably been our best player in that period. Still holds onto it for too long, and a simple lay off could negate the mazy runs to nowhere
  7. He's a dribbler, they don't change much. The best ones develop an awareness when to release it, he hasn't shown much of that, yet
  8. whilst I agree to much of this I was just slightly bewildered at the numbness of that performance, they were stumbling around. After the recent feelgood factor too
  9. If Eddie doesn`t quickly identify that centre mid crisis then you`ve got to lob a question his way
  10. Yeah I get that, but for quite a strapping athlete there is a comedy aspect in his striking of the ball that infuriates me
  11. Bit sluggish on reading the game and reaction, one that needs upgrading and quite soon
  12. Saw a photo of Jinxy having a pint with Chris Waddle a while back, I'll have a look for it
  13. Every individual battle lost there, fucking shambles
  14. That personal work Big Joe has undertaken to improve his game, is Luuk de Jong the shooting coach ?
  15. The difference in the crush barriers was remarkable, the Gallowgate being chunky concrete things and the Leazes ones were scaff poles painted orange
  16. He had his moments, nothing out of the ordinary I'd say. Hauled that side over the line quite often when they were bang average
  17. Haha that's Beg Jow 40 mill levels of iffy
  18. Hard to understand the antipathy towards Gerrard by many when he was a player, he was quite brilliant imo. He's started well at Villa but I wouldn't swap him for wor Eddy
  19. Was at a wedding reception by the Sage for this, huddles of people around phones and a huge cheer when we scored. Hesgoals such a blessing ?
  20. Catchy chorus, could become a thing if enough people hear it ?
  21. Think we'll gradually improve and pick up a few unexpected wins, making for a nerve wracking campaign. If we go down Eddie can stay as long as Ritchie and Clarke have been fucked into the sea
