I get the feeling the middle east would be all over it, wouldn't surprise me one bit if some change to become a world super league was thought up next, the rumours mill not so long ago was the Saudis were desperate to get some of their league clubs in the champions league. The Aramco world super league.

Our lads are fucked, it's one daft mistake. Tripps has been really unfortunate of late, he's an absolute star, one reason we even stayed in the league when Eddie first arrived. Really unfortunate, but we just need to move on, strengthen in January, and pin our hopes on the FA Cup, and top 6 finish. -

Missed the challenge by Caicedo, awful, this is why Var is needed, as much as we all slag it off, because these lot know its not in use tonight, and are taking the piss. -

Bit shocked we started Botman here. -
Shola no idea what the hell he does. Hopefully we study what the other leagues do, Bundesliga is arguably the best in Europe right now at development, scouting etc.

The Managerial Merry Go Roundâ„¢ - Postecoglu told to rack off by Spurs
mighty__mag replied to cp40's topic in Football
Sad that he's not been given the opportunity to build on what was technically out of his hands last season, poor guy had 24 players thrown at him last season, somehow managed to settle them in the latter half and stay up. I think if you're ever a promoted manager you really have it tough, many never get a chance. -
Leverkusen and Leipzig, those sides background and recruitment have been seriously good. https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/news/how-bayer-leverkusen-simon-rolfes-use-aws-transfers-player-development-right-18815

I'm really not understanding shouts for Solanke? The owners have said many a time, we will look to sign elite level players, he doesn't strike me as elite level. He's having a good season, with 9 goals, but previous poor stats for a striker. If we have Isak, and Wilson, you'd be looking for a much younger prospect at striker, hence why we probably looked at Ekitike, someone like Ferguson (never happing) I know, but you get the gist. Sesko/Brobbey/Bardghji.

Out of the sides we faced in Europe, i liked, Sule, Tomori, Brandt, Hernandez, Chukwueze, I'd take any of them to improve our squad.
