  1. Another trait of yours, just merely ignoring what was said and making it up as you go along. Outside of the top 7, the quality of the PL is very poor. Which is true. West Brom sitting in the heights of 8th is testament to that point. Hal Robson Kanu is playing regularly for the team sitting in 8th.
  2. Taken from their last match (v Spurs): How many of these Bournemouth players are categorically better than what we have like? I'm not having that at all. You could repeat this for all of the other teams listed above. 1 Boruc 15 Smith 2 Francis 3 Cook 11 Daniels 19 Stanislas 8 Arter 32 Wilshere 7 Pugh 17 King 9 Afobe
  3. Absolute nonsense. Outside of the top 7 teams in the PL, the quality is very poor. How many of the 13 other teams do you feel have such a hugely better squad than us/Brighton to evidence your disparity in quality between the two leagues? I'd be intrigued to know. West Brom, Southampton, Watford, Stoke, Leicester, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth certainly. Hull, Burnley and Swansea probably. Would say we're on par with Middelbrough and are better then Sunderland. Outside of Ritchie, Shelvey, Gayle, Clark and I would actually say Yedlin, we a short on Premier League quality, even Clark is touch and go considering what happened the last time he was in the Premier League. Do you honestly believe that the likes of West Brom, Hull, Burnley, Swansea, Boro, mackems and Bournemouth categorically have a such better quality squad than ours/Brighton's? Incredible.
  4. Are you struggling to answer my question, Ronnie? You always ignore points where you're pulled up for talking shit.

  6. I'd be a bit worried mate if they've gone to pick your mrs up I bet Diame packs a good one.
  7. Updated Stifler It certainly looks like this important game will be viewable to a lot of our supporters across the globe. Excellent news.
  8. For our international supporters, this is being shown on the following channels: Arena Sport 1 (Serbia) Sport 1 (Israel) SuperSport 7 (South Africa) TV3 Sport 1 (Denmark) TV3 Sport HD (Sweden) beIN Sports (Canada) beIN Sports (USA) beIN Sports 3 (Australia) Eurosport 1 (Norway) It's also available on Bet365, not in the UK.
  9. Still don't understand how people are getting so concerned. Huddersfield need to make up 8 points (9, including GD) in their final 5 games. Even if we lost our last 4, which quite obviously wont happen, Huddersfield only managed 6 points from their last 5 matches. They've got a tougher run of 5 games coming up, yet people think they're going to suddenly find an incredible run of form. One win out of four would probably be enough. Although the target must be 4 wins out of 4 and to heap pressure on Brighton for the title.
  10. Massive if that, considering they've only 4 games all season. Stranger things have happened in past seasons like. They just seem to be playing teams at the right time. That said, if they lose tomorrow then they're pretty much down and the mackems match will be a playoff to decide who finishes 20th.
  11. Didn't realise that Middlesbrough have two games in hand over Hull/Swansea (Arsenal and the mackems both at home). If they win both, they'll be out of the bottom three on GD. Now I know Middlesbrough are utterly s****, but Arsenal and the mackems are both in a mess and it is possible that they could take advantage of that.
  12. Most EFL referees will have a job alongside it, so you can imagine it's pretty tiring being at work all week and then having to run around SJP for 90 minutes on a Saturday. As you say, it should be more professionalised and then referees would be able to train during days they are not officiating rather than juggle a second job.
  13. Spurs' fixtures just look too tough for them to do it, I think they'll drop too many points to make up the gap. Chelsea's last four fixtures are probably as easy as they could hope for. Middlesbrough (h), WBA (a), Watford (h), mackems (h)
  14. Paid or not? Referees get paid per match at that level, so he'll not be paid. Didn't realise there was no salary at championship level. It's a very low amount they get as well, about £400-£500 a match. Edit - see above.
  15. Paid or not? Referees get paid per match at that level, so he'll not be paid.
  16. Wasn't that over 6 years ago? December this year. I think you're thinking about when they trashed the football pitch, ripped out the goals and stuff.
  17. Chelsea throwing the title away because Conte wont play two up top.
  18. It'll be some form of gambling company. 138bet.com or something like that.
  19. It'll be a requirement of the EFL to have one of their silly podiums and trophy presentations. In reality, it'll be lifted to a small cheer and the players will do a quick lap of the pitch to generous applause and then go in. We're not going to start spraying each other with champagne and partying all night with the trophy like
  20. I'd renew it anyway, to be honest. He's worth another year and a squad member that we'll probably need at some point in the season.
  21. Think Fellaini has been really good so far - playing really well under Mourinho at the moment.
  22. Have you seen the penalty decision for the Ross County equaliser?
  23. I miss the Intertoto Cup. Starting your season about 5 weeks earlier than normal to play some random part-time Latvian side.
  24. Only playing it with your foot counts.
  25. 11 years on from our Intertoto success. What a day that was man.
