Cesar Tarrega looks the part is 6ft 4" and has a Dan Burn attitude to tackling. He can also play out of defence quickly and is good in the air. Much cheaper than the other two mentioned and only 23 a bit of a no-brainer....go get him quickly negotiating team before he gets snapped up.
