I pay for my tickets. I'm not saying there aren't a load of free tickets slung about, but 'refuse to pay' ? Complete bullshit Your average ticket price last season was £12 according to club accounts. To put that into perspective Gateshead of the Conference charge £15 a ticket. You are either giving away 1000s upon 1000s of tickets every week or are charging fans less than what fans of non league teams pay. It's one or the other.

Complete bullshit Short knows that without the ridiclous amount of free tickets you would be an even bigger laughing stock than you are now You obviously do have a large section of your fanbase refusing to pay for tickets or you wouldnt have to give so many away

  8. Been saying the same. Can't think of one number 10 we have been linked with. Surprised we haven't gone in for Barkley tbh. Because we have no chance of getting him

  15. But that's Wenger's policy, not individual decisions made by their defenders. It's an unusual strategy, but not necessarily an incorrect one. How many times do you see a team concentrate on just defending a lead in the last 10 minutes, but end up surrendering all the initiative and conceding through too much fear and passivity? This is when they're getting pumped 3-0 after 20 minutes and the other team is still dominating. 15m and 70k+ a week - there's got to be better value on the market than an injury prone fullback. He's made less professional appearances than Sturridge at the same age. I'm all for gambling on young English players. Or a top class PL player like Sturridge. But i'm unsure of how good this lad is, it's a massive fee, massive wages and he's injury prone. His recent injury record is pretty decent though isnt it? Its just a case of being a benchwarmer I'd personally take the risk, we would struggle to find a better left back than Gibbs
  16. I would much prefer to go out and buy an experienced centre back whos a leader to be honest
