Sorry to probably be an echo but what does a Chelsea draw mean for us for final 2? Only need a point unless a goal swing?
-
Edwards 'worrying times for Newcastle with two huge games remaining' when the player thats played less than 10% of minutes this season is out of the last two games with a cup already in the cabinet and on the brink of 2nd/3rd/4th finish
-
Happy to back 2 Chelsea wins and 2 Villa wins just to have compensation for last day stress levels. We will beat Everton either way and may even win at Arsenal.
-
My mates currently playing golf in Nottingham the hole behind Chris Wood, MGW and Elliot Anderson. Told him to ask Morgan to grab a pic of him with the other two "Don't bottle champs league lads" as he walks away

Completely agree, with City arguably having two 11's (just underperformed for whatever reason this season). We're now in the realms where you buy new purples, and the current starting 11 member to drop out becomes your bench first-teamer. Not backup.

not in the conversation at 1/25 with bookies
-
Nailed on Villa at 5/4 with bet365. Get down the bookies
-
Just realised, that point at Brighton looking massive right now. Would be needing 4 from last two games to guarantee it if we'd lost at Brighton.
-
541 / 343 again please. Narrow 4 in midfield without the ball and let their full backs have it (encourage crosses from deep) - no Merino through suspension. Counter attack

Posting without looking at any other replies in the thread: GK: Sels RB: Munoz CB: Saliba CB: Burn LB: Kerkez RW: Salah CM: Caicedo CM: Gibbs-White CM: Rogers LW: Diaz ST: Isak

Emotional Pickford at SJP = absolute stinker for him Always gets way too involved and drops a clanger for us
-
Imagine in August 2024 we got handed the following as a scenario for our season: - Win the Carabao cup - Win v Everton at SJP final day for CL qualification We'll get the job done
-
Agreed, never understood this one myself. Should be able to attend a game sober and create an atmosphere still!

General NUFC stuff: club crest to be changed (Official)

Friend in the graphic design world who has had jobs with premier league itself/clubs prior. Don't want to come across as that ITK wanker mind -

Already done apparently. PL ruling that clubs have to ask fans for input - hence email today. Same/very similar badge but freshened up/modernised. Similar to Norwich badge rebrand. -
Isak motivation - deny us CL and they'll think they can sign him.
-
Agree. Rogers Konsa Ait-Nouri Cunha Dibling Obviously some more attainable than others there.
-
Start Willock again for the left channel. Double up with Gordon/Willock on our attacks. Fans get Caicedo an early booking and just get Gordon the ball. For the fear around Chelsea winning 3 on bounce in the league they beat Everton by 1 and hung on, beat Fulham last minute and beat a Liverpool team that wasn't THE Liverpool team. Their away form is very patchy to say the least. Into these
-
Beat Ipswich at home and don't worry about anything after that. Get points on the board and see how the others do under the pressure of being 4-5 points adrift of us. Everton have a result in them under Moyes, lets hope they frustrate Chelsea to a 0-0 Saturday lunchtime ahead of our game.
-
3/4 nil They won't fancy this one bit
-
Avoid defeat here and i think its done in terms of CL. We'll go there to win the game though the confidence is sky high amongst the first 11 (+Gordon).

His crossing ability has been the most impressive improvement for me
-
He's like a seasoned pro with a football brain that's been there done it for 20+ years playing. Then has the best physicality attributes i've seen from any midfielder we've ever had. Passing range, weak foot, hell of a strike on him. Genuinely doesn't have a weakness?
-
Exactly what you want from your striker.
