Am i missing something? He's f**king rapid Best finisher at the club and looks at the peak of his form right now, love the bloke
-
My gripe with Eddie is he seems way too pre occupied with the other teams' strengths while not playing to ours. We're more bothered about not getting beat away from home than taking the game to other teams - see Villa, Bournemouth, Leeds and Wolves this season. And i guarantee tomorrow's presser Eddie will talk up PSV as such a dangerous side. I'll be back here with the quote this time tomorrow

I'd love to see him and Tonali in a midfield 2 with Bruno - but play Bruno that bit higher and just let him go create. Composure of Miley and legs of Tonali would be a perfect balance imo Won't happen under Eddie I'm afraid.

The Isak saga can damage the season but as fans we can't accept it resulting in a huge lack of interest/effort from our team yesterday - Bruno, Thiaw and Hall aside.

Anyone else notice how much of a weirdo Pedro Porro became 2nd half? was waiting for Joelinton to take his yellow and smash him
-
We were desperate for running power/ball carriers in the 2nd half. Amazed we didn't see Joelinton off and Willock or Ramsey on.
-
Was outrageous that tbh
-
When do we lose him to Vegas?
-
Hard to without seeing a performance drop off. Who would we go RB and LB?

Pope is injured until boxing day at earliest

Watched the goal back and cannot hide my frustration at Elanga and Gordon man. Romero is on the floor when Ramsdale punches into the air, Elanga and Gordon nearest to it yet Romero gets a free overhead kick in our box? Lack of commitment issue.

This is a good point. I'd like to see Nick make the ball stick more when it does go up there but you make a valid point
-
Yeah this. Sort of player/captain we want
-
Going to this. Win.
-
Noticeable at the game how much he cares/fights for the badge. Did the lap at the end on his own way out in front of his teammates and was clearly pissed off at the way they've not put the fight in like he does (highlighted by the equaliser).
-
Took a few awful attempts from Tonali, Hall and short ones before Miley got on them. Bruno's 2nd half were much better
-
absolutely yes. Trips done it more than enough times in his career at prem and international level
-
If we start Nick and he gets a muscle injury after the cramp Saturday, Eddie gets absolutely slated as we're stuck with Gordon at 9 again until Wissa back. Not the call we wanted but it was sensible last night. We won't qualify/not qualify on the back of the Barca game anyway despite it feeling like a missed opportunity they're the joint favs for the whole comp.

Enjoyed Ally talking about The Shack

Impact tackle, nothing to do with past injury record. If it was persistent muscle injuries it would be more of a concern if this was the same. Can't help getting ankle wrapped in two by a clumsy tackle.
