Been a good servant but time to move him on now. Barring his energy and commitment has very little else to offer

Players have bad games even the best but the move here hasn't quite worked for him or us . He offers a goal threat but very little else so he's the super sub or the shit or bust option when a games very stretched. I'd move him on and bring in a pacey young player who can play either flank and learn from the pros around him. He's never getting ahead of a fit Gordon and can't nail down the right hand side against Murphy.
