I’ve given up on it we are destined to always be mediocre. I’m going to watch Northern League next season and watch my local team Whickham. My mates just become chairman so all the lads are going watch them and then go out after that instead of having a season ticket. I don’t believe they are genuine just couldn’t get my head around the whole belief in the photoshopped pictures but hay ho they won’t takeover the toon anyway so who gives a s***. If you look at a couple of the images though, they have been photoshopped. (the one with all three of them standing with Obama, the two fella's have been added in and the background was changed etc.) This image i am talking about. That I agree you can tell 100% it’s photoshopped but other than it being a photo that was tweeted by someone called Tommy I can’t find that actual photo anywhere on the internet. I don’t know why it bothered me I probably just wanted something to cling onto in regards of a takeover but we all seemed to believe in the doctoring of photos due to a photo that only seems to exist on this guys twitter page. Again I don’t think they are genuine and for me they are just looking for publicity.

Fuck me man honestly have we become that paranoid as a fan base. It was their own business that got Obama, who would have been handsomely paid, to speak at a charity gala dinner why the fuck would he then need to photoshop himself in??? This was also picked up and reported on by the magazine Esquire do you think they would chuck in fake photos? And as someone pointed out they love a bit of publicity, if you had Obama at one of your gala dinners wouldn’t you use it for your companies PR. They aren’t exactly saying their best mates. I’m sorry but I don’t see they are photoshopped. The one outside the building is but it’s supposed to be like that. They just had a photo with a building in the back. Yes it doesn’t look great but since when have we all become PR experts on this forum? The 2 photos of them standing next to Obama which you can find on their website are genuine and are from a gala dinner their business arranged. The other photoshopped picture is from some random guy on twitter which doesn’t seem to be anywhere else online (unless someone can point me to it)

I am by no way saying these guys are legitimate as I don’t think they are but they do genuinely seem to have a successful business. This whole photoshopped picture of them meeting Obama personally seems strange as the only record I can find of it online is from the guy who posted it on twitter. He also claims in the tweet before they only met Obama at a gala dinner they paid tickets for but it was actually their own gala dinner they arranged. Again I’m not saying they are genuine I still think it’s publicity for their new (not that new as it’s 2 companies merged into one) business but I can’t believe we are believing some random on twitter about this photoshopped picture.
