  1. The f365 man said we ought to listen to Liam Kennedy because he suspected that Liam and he had the same source. We now know that Liam's source is Keith. In fact, Liam and Keith get on like a house on fire and they talk most days on the phone about non-football related stuff, as confirmed by Liam himself. So I'd say Mr f365's man is in that loop and that his source is probably also Keith. He might even be Keith. I don't believe Liam's source is Keith, like. He's even contradicted him a few times. But to update - there's been no update. When you say Keith do you mean Keith Downie? Keith Pattison or whatever his surname is, from NCSL. Ah ok ??

  3. I don't know how he'd know if Caulkin had spoken to anyone, but even if he is right, it just makes him sound a bit patronising and superior. This. He doesn’t look good from these tweets.
  4. To be fair that was also mentioned in the Chronicle not long after.
  5. ToonMouthTyne is Burnsie isn’t it?
  6. Isn’t this supposed to be the positive thread?
  7. I want to believe you, and I want you to be right, god knows I do, but it's very much like the boy that cried wolf. Because of the inane 3PM stuff etc, I don't give credence to anything you say. Sorry. That’s fine mate, I’d be the same but again, the s**** patter aside, I would never, ever, wind people up on here just for kicks intentionally. Not on matters like this. WE all want this, we all need this, as fans, as a region/city/forum etc. Even the most sceptical, the real wind up merchants, because at the end of the day this is our only club and we want the same thing, our club back, a club to be proud of we can enjoy and support win lose or draw with some fu king pride and love thrown in. I desperately want my boys to be part of what we have all been part of before Ashley, especially my youngest who i may lose to f***ing Arsenal and who has been scouted by our club 3 times in a year and truthfully right now, it’s the last place I’d want him to be at. Fingers crossed this happens soon and I think it will, and it genuinely appears those really involved are fighting for this to paraphrase KK and I’d love it, love it, we all would. Could this legal breakthrough be anything to do with a letter that Ashley’s legal team have got hold of that states by Dominic Rabb that the British Government see PIF and the Saudi state as separate entities and that in the meeting with the Premier League the Government said they were in favour of the Saudi takeover and investment in the North East and that they were concerned about outside intervention in the ODT process from other competitors i.e teams and broadcasters. And that Qatar actually contacted Dominic Rabb and were told politely to stay out of the process. Don’t know if it’s true but that is something I have heard.
  8. There is also a charge against Staveleys assets benefitting RB Sports and Media in exchange for 50% share ownership of JV1. JV1 is the company set up to purchase the 20% stake in NUFC. RB Sports is Reuben Brothers. Charge is still there.
  9. No, it's just an annual filing requirement. It is, however if the takeover was dead in the water then you would expect the company to close. So (and its still clutching a little) the fact that it's still being kept live suggests mileage that once the legal case(s) are through the parties will be back Thats just the confirmation statement that every company has to file every 12 months to state that none of the previously submitted info has changed. Means f*** all other than the company is still 'live'. Question is if the deal is dead in the water as some suggest then why does the company remain live? If the JV1 company was setup for the takeover and the takeover is now dead, then it may still be live for accounting purposes. Once the accounts are filed, the company may then close. Companies can also be made 'dormant' on companies house ie, the company still exists but isnt 'trading'. Of course the takeover could still be ongoing, hence the company is still live and 'trading'. And as i mentioned above, was it ever confirmed that JV1 was directly connected to the takeover? JV1 is owned by Cantervale holding limited which is in turn owned by Cantervale limited which is owned by Stavely. Even if it is and the takeover is dead, JV1 might be able to be used for other purposes by Stavely. But the filing of a confirmation statement in and of itself doesnt mean anything and isnt enough to speculate on the progress/status of the takeover. Are you just ignoring the charge made against Cantervile holdings by MASH for the £150 million loan and the fact it’s still outstanding. If it was dead it wouldn’t still be outstanding.

  11. Apparently he hires it out to a charter firm that’s why it’s always going back and forward to the Middle East.
  12. Why should he be criticised and questioned? is he taking anything from the fans? If no then I don’t see what is the big issue let him crack on.
  13. I really don’t get all this negativity towards NCSL. The blokes put his own money in (all money was refunded to the people from the original Wor Funds) he is trying to do something it may not work it may well be pointless but at least he is doing something. You then have people questioning him and wanting to know everything and being negative. If you don’t agree with what he is doing then just ignore him. He has let himself get dragged into the Twitter shit and he should have just stayed off there.
  14. And some people just like to be negative and cunts as it gives them cheap frills.
  15. I don’t quite understand this thread anymore if people don’t believe the takeover is still a possibility why then come on this thread just to p*ss on peoples chips? Stay off it then.
  16. I reckon Poch is waiting for the Real Madrid job.
  17. If it is through ARAMCO we will experience the same problems as PIF because ARAMCO is owned 100% by the Saudi government. It's listed on the Saudi stock exchange now. Most valuable company in the world I believe. I assume the Saudi Government own a large % of it but presumably not all as it can be publically traded. I got the impression that his Aramco comment was more in relation to getting around FFP with them as Man City style sponsors, rather than outright purchasers/replacing PIF. I think that is his own interpretation in response to someone else mentioning it would take time to build a good team even in the event of a takeover because of FFP. That is how I read it also
  18. I am not a fan of Wraith but I’m even less of a fan of Mick Martin. Absolute cock of a man who is trying to become relevant again.
