For me this is like a country lining up it’s tanks and military at the border to a country they are in dispute with. It’s a look at the power I can bring down onto you unless you start behaving.

Would a legal firm check to make sure they have a case before taking it on. Wouldn’t have thought a law firm would risk tarnishing their reputation by taking a case on they would have no chance of winning.
