It’ll be a standard ‘we can’t say anything, confidential process etc etc’ No - both letters are private for good reason. It's not a PR exercise to make twitter happy. The tweet explains it was an acknowledgement. So the basic thanks for your letter we take your concerns on board it’s a confidential process blah blah blah. The tweet just makes it look like they have something extra when they blatantly don’t.
