My main worry with Pope was always how reticent the defence are to pass him the ball to feet due his shite kicking and distribution. He's now looking dodgy with his overall game, shot stopping, positioning etc.

Lots of rumours flying around that he’s out for the final. Would usually just say it’s itk nonsense but with our luck at the moment it’s probably true.

Games like Arsenal and PSG are the anomaly. Atmosphere is consistently poor. The club really need to try and remedy it because it’s a real problem and will continue to be.

Agree with this but he doesn't help himself sometimes. Numerous times this season his lack of proactive in game management has cost us. I was at Fulham and you could see what was happening in real time and he refused to change it up until they scored. He brought Pope back in and he's let him down big time last night and that first goal against Nottingham Forest and i don't think he's going to get better going forward. Still absolutely love him mind but he's not infallible.

He does have a real resistance to being proactive.
