Fuck. -
Trex couldn't reach it.

Only proper footballers pick that assist. He's gonna be elite.
-
Replaced him already if these reports of vermin are to be believed.
-
Well yeah, they're just a mid table team now. We lost to West Ham not long ago. Shit can happen.

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through Old Trafford, Not a trophy was shining, no glory to be savored. The banners hung limp, the crowd’s cheer grew thin, As dreams of dominion seemed far from within. The billionaire owner, Sir Jim in his chair, Penny-pinched so tightly, the staff felt despair. No bonuses, no raises, for those working hard, While the club’s grand ambition lay bruised and scarred. The stadium itself was a sight to behold, A crumbling relic, decrepit and cold. With water that dripped from ceilings so high, And mice in the corners—oh, how they would scurry by. The food kiosks reeked of a foul reputation, Two stars for hygiene—a grim designation. Fans queued with caution, holding their breath, Avoiding the pies for fear of their death. And out on the pitch, the woes carried on, For the passes of Ugarte were hopelessly wrong. A midfielder so clumsy, it brought fans to tears, “Where’s Scholes or Keane? Get them out of their chairs!” Yet deep in the Stretford End, the silence grew loud, The once-vibrant voices lost in the crowd. No chants, no banners, no songs to sing, Just the hollow echo of what hope used to bring. For the future was grim, and the path only steeper, With each penny saved, the club sank deeper. No vision, no passion, just penny-pinched strife, A shell of a club gasping for life. So here lies Old Trafford, a shadow, a curse, Merry Christmas to all—next year will be worse.

Noticed against Bournemouth that he was frankly terrible with his passing. He would dally and then try something he hasn't got the ability to achieve. He was trying to play well out of his comfort zone. I'm pretty sure we targetted him for the press when he was at PSG. He's just really limited with the ball, a passenger in possession. Which I guess a midtable team can carry, but if you are genuinely ambitious, you aren't looking at him. Still, laud his tackle output.

Ugarte is a world class midfielder who Manchester United should build around. Him and Maguire. For life. Two absolute hackers.

46 elite finishes. He's upping his general involvmenet this season. Lots more false-9 style moves into midfield to get the ball. It really suits his game to get away from the CBs in the build-up. -
Mold Trafford

What a tackle. Crowd piss themselves
-
Jim can't fix it.
-
Hope they keep this dreadful 343.
-
Very funny goal. Neither team looks decent. Malacia thinks he can lunge in and not be at risk of fouling.
-
18 He will play for England for a long time.

That's the best I've seen us play all season. I guess it was only Ipswich, but many players are now raising their game just in time for a run of key games. Few things from watching MotD: Isak's terrible one on one miss led to his finish for the second goal. On the miss, he tried to give the keeper the eyes, shape to shoot to the far post and then dink it over where the keeper was. Keeper didnt' fall for it. On the second goal, the keeper guessed Isak would do the same again and duly sat down on the spot That's the best I've seen Gordon all season. He was moving the ball much faster than at any point this season. Schar looked cooked a few weeks ago, including his general play with the ball. He was absolutely on it yesterday. The ball to Murphy for the first goal needs far more visability that it has recieved. It was incredible. On a day where yet another team has shot themselves in the foot for playing sill possession football to beat the opponent press, we have battered them by playing simple long balls from the back into space. Tonali wins the ball so frequently in the middle third and then springs counter-attacks. That's a weapon in itself. Finally, Dubravka did what was expected well. Not much to do. But there was a good rush out save in the first half. And his use of the ball with his feet is on another level to Pope. Naturally, I still worry that he'll fold when we eventually face a team that puts us under pressure with crosses and through-balls, but he is doing much better than I'd expected so far.
