I hope PIF make an announcement soon that we are leaving. I suppose they need to make sure we can go somewhere before they can do this!! My preference all along has been Castle Leazes, which, although it has some space limitations, is the best option with regards to the least likely opposition by NIMBYS, close to (walkable) the city center and close to St James, which could mean some kind of "memory lane" attraction or park.

Nope, you can separate the two. 1) EH is a great coach. 2) We don't know about the power sharing in the recruitment area. If EH has the final say then PM could run into some issues if EH vetoes anything other than the top target. We may well keep ending up with no-one signed if that is the case. We don't really know what is going on here.
