That's why we can't ever cut off any deadwood like atsu, muto etc as we have no squad players to replace them with. If we were run properly we could sell the Gayle, atsu, ki, muto, maybe dummett or Clark and invest that money in a proper striker. Then them 4 holes in the squad could be filled by 3 or 4 players stepping up from the youth team.

I have us finishing on 41pts if we beat Norwich and Burnley at home. Lose one of them 2 and it could well be tight! That's 41pts doing it from a harsh negative view point. I'm sure we will fluke 4pts or so from a couple of hard games.

He's done well in pre-season before. Never looked like a truly great prospect, but seemed to make the step up OK. I have to stress, I'm as disengaged from Spurs and football in general as I ever have been. Basically avoided the Football forum all season. It's a conscious effort to disengage - been working on it for a few years really. I sort of want Liverpool to win every single match left this season. I can see Liverpool drawing a couple or losing 1 of their next 3 games and Man City winning all 3 of theirs. Man City still have Liverpool to play at home too. The gap could still be 6/7 points by early April
