Here we, here we, here we fucking go. -
Your jokes are getting out of line now like. No joke, Villa Park was my first ever away game (2-0 win Cole and Lee), I respect Brummie the poster and I know how much it would upset him and I work a lot there and have never once encountered any anti bias or feelings regarding NUFC or us Geordies as fans, people or our City, the opposite infact. I’m not so easily upset/offended/hurt or whatever by a few banners, chants etc. when they sent us down. If anything I’m more embarrassed that our own fanbase (which I’m sure is in a minority anyway) would love it to paraphrase a certain messiah of ours if they went down, all because of that day and how a minority of their own fans reacted to our own relegation which is more small time, sad and pathetic. If that’s what we as fans are reduced to these days and any rivalries, we’ll, you can keep it. I don’t mind Villa, they are irrelevant either. I regard them as a historical big club, with a decent fanbase, a decent away day and whose fans and people in general I’ve never had any problem with or issues and I certainly refuse to let a few banners or chants get to me in ways that hurt my own sensitivities. Leave the self pitty, sense of injustice and petty insecurities to the mackems and Scousers. We are Geordies FFS, who are hard as nails and go topless when the sun fucks off and winter comes, but here man, Sob on the Tyne fucking cut deep man! Perleeese... Aston Villa are a steaming pile of shit.

I have said this numerous times but will repeat it again for clarity. If Bruce wins us the FA cup I will happily admit I was wrong and declare him to be a living legend Newcastle manager. Because that is in fact what he would effectively be. Is that fair enough? You can quote me on this so bookmark this page. I'm not trying to catch anyone out here I did not want Steve Bruce here, I was astonished we played Sheffield Wednesday to bring him here, albeit with a free player loan as a bargaining chip in terms of Jacob Murphy. But has he not pulled of the raggiest results of any manager in history, I only see today's opponents City as the biggest hurdle, the rest are beatable if we apply the right attitude and get the (luck) we/he keeps getting. Then I'm thinking surely that places Steve Bruce as our most successful manager? I did say daft question ?? It's not a daft question, if he wins the FA cup that will undoubtedly make him our most successful modern era manager, and I for one will happily bestow on him the title of club legend. We aren't winning the cup, man. Even if by some miracle we beat Man City, it'll be Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal or Leicester in the semi. Not happening. We'll wipe the floor with the fucking lot of them.

What?

All of that was so flimsy

Canny ball that from Hernandez

You'd waste Woodman as 3rd choice? Great career development there. He pretty much says woodman would be sub keeper with Darlow 3rd Exactly. With Motherwell's finest coming in, I expect Woodman to now leave. Liverpool signed Andy Lonergan after he was released from Boro and he was 35 at the time of signing. Fuck knows how old Richard Wright & Scott Carson were when City signed them. We signed Tony Caig on a free from Hibs when we just finished 3rd. These keepers don't play. Chill out man.
-
Maybe Woodman doesn't want to sit on the bench.
-
Newcastle's current aspirations in a nutshell there. What top 10 club goes out and signs a free transfer from Motherwell! Absolutely shower of shite this club! Where would you like us to sign our 3rd choice goalkeeper from?
-
Looking forward to him slagging ASM off after a few pints to some pissed up students.
-
Was Emre accused of being racist more than once whilst he was at us? I can only remember the Yobo incident.
-
Pretty much aye.
-
"and William scored in the 78th minute" haha

Love this. As if being named player of a season in which the club was relegated carries any real weight (unlike him har har har). It's basically "least s***". Aye, all s***, Tim Krul, Fabricio Coloccini, Georginio Wijnaldum, Moussa Sissoko, Papiss Cisse, Jamaal Lascelles, Ayoze Perez, Cheick Tiote and Aleksandar Mitrovic. They were that season.

Quality goalkeeper.
