  1. Must admit after watching Pearl Harbour again today, it reminded me of how much I’d like to fuck Kate Beckinsale.
  2. No chance of this turd being pedalled even if we lose next 4. They’ll look to rectify it with a couple of cheap additions in January rather than pay this fucker off. No other club in the PL would employ this charlatan, however no takeover and somehow he manages to keep us up, I fully expect him to get awarded a new contract.
  3. Absolutely dreadful no movement, passing or pressing. Quite what they are instructed to do bar sit back is anyone’s guess. Even a f***ing layman like me could see from the line ups we would struggle for any possession, quite how he thinks we can play a 2 man midfield with Shelvey in the modern game beggars belief.
  4. Think i said earlier in the season Parker was the only PL manager I wouldn’t swap Bruce for......
  5. They are just as s*** as what we have. You reckon ?
  6. Lemina, Anguissa and Cairney will boss this in midfield, could be a very long night.
  7. Seen a snippet on bbc breakfast earlier, all I’m saying is prepare to be riled.
  8. Possibly but not sure why some of our lot feel the need to tell 2 blokes that the takeover is over, when at the end of the day they’ve invested their own money to fight this, for the benefit of us all. I can see why they’d want to put some of these negative b******s straight. The thing is, twitter is full if negative t***s so they'll never s*** them all up. I also think they need to just keep quiet. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't say anything that could wreck a future case but it doesn't look good them replying to everyone. I think we need to remember these 2 lads are normal fans, it’s not a business they’re running. The whole part of the twitter account is to galvanise the fan base and keep us updated. If they choose to occasionally put a few negative fans spouting shite back in their box, then good on them as far as I’m concerned.

  10. Here’s another fucking limp biscuit, whatever happened to Newcastle United will never be defeated.
  11. Hopefully the transparency happens but as fans, not sure what WE can do about that apart from email our MP's again. They keep going on about how fans must keep pressure on and I fail to see how we can do that really. Not sure either but this is where NCSL should be backed to the hilt, they are doing a great job of keeping us unofficially in the picture, and trying to keep the pressure on in public. It’s in the govts manifesto to look at football governance, so any pressure through MP’s can have a cumulative impact. Who’s to say the govt don’t take the PL’s ability to decide ownership away from them and appoint an independent body.
  12. ‘Some clubs are hell bent on stopping this happen’. This is why the arbitration needs to be transparent, couple this with the crooked Qatari’s still being in bed with the PL, it’s clear that the consortium want this to be as public as possible. All these updates from NCSL are as official an update as we can expect of where we’re currently at. This is a snippet from Ian Mearns in the Chronicle last night - Mr Mearns, a season ticket holder at Newcastle United, says the majority of his constituents to have contacted him regarding the takeover are seeking answers from the Premier League - and he feels they are right to do so. "People are looking for transparency from the Premier League, whether we can get that via the Government - I don't mind how we do that. "They are looking for genuine answers and want to know why the club they support seems to be being treated differently in terms of their aspirations for someone to buy it, then other Premier League clubs have been treated in the past. "There does seem to be areas of vested interest within the Premier League from within some clubs which seem hellbent on preventing this takeover from happening."
  13. I’ll champion this to the day it’s officially dead. I think what’s clear here is that the MP involvement is about transparency. The major fear im picking up on is that they’re worried the PL will try and dismiss this via a closed doors panel with no transparency. These lads are trying to keep the public pressure on, and as a fanbase we should be doing everything to support this. The clubs dead as a dodo if this doesn’t go through.
  14. I’m hoping this is the scenario to, it would be hard to believe Saudi and Qatar are going to sign some peace pact whilst continuing to ban Bein and lobbying against the takeover. My only doubt is have Qatar happily paid over the odds as a thanks to the PL for blocking the takeover. The statement from Bein references the PL protecting rights, which clearly relates to the Saudis and piracy. After previously stating the next contract would be worth less, it’s a bit bizarre to pay over the odds in a 1 horse bidding race. Here’s hoping it’s the former but I don’t think anyone truly knows at this point.
  15. This peace deal could be the key to unlocking the deal. I’m still not convinced though and think top 6 would still object regardless of resumption of Bein in Saudi. What I’d like to know at this point has this MENA contract been put out to tender, or is it more ammo in relation to collusion and corruption at the top of PL.
  16. Hopefully the truth lies in this, and the wider peace settlement with Saudi Arabia has given Bein the confidence to bid big again. Remember Bein initially claimed they wouldn’t be matching previous amount they paid. The key here is not the Saudis not getting the contract as it doesn’t appear they’ve been in for it, but if Saudi start allowing Bein to broadcast again.
  17. Be nice if the Saudis told our govt to fuck off until a certain something is sorted. Might focus a few minds with a no deal brexit looking likely.
  18. Aye last night is the last time I’ll ever watch them under this cunt, fuck off back to Cheshire you manc bastard.
  19. Yeah bit over the top the criticism of this lad, far bigger problems at the club. His regression is in line with other players who have now been coached for over a year by Bruce. For Longstaff you can also add St Maximum and Almiron. The only part I disagree with is that he needs a break, what he needs more than anything is games under a competent manager. Unfortunately he won’t be getting that anytime soon.
