The £65 wonky NEWCASTLE Castore hoody that I returned on 20th July has yet to be refunded. Countless emails sent, replies end up in the spam folder. Usual spiel replies- new warehouse, wait 72 hours, don't follow up or you go to the back of the queue. If emails do get read, they get mis-read & they send me a new link to a Royal Mail prepaid postage, and that's four weeks after they've acknowledged that the item has been returned. Starting to get mildly furious with the club itself for all this. I did buy it from nufc.co.uk after all. Is there anyone in Operations who should be looking into this?

They don't have a Twitter account, and they block anyone on Instagram who dares to ask about late deliveries!

I also ordered on the day of release. No communication from the club since, in spite of repeated emails which were ignored.

Anyone got an email address of the store or a phone number? The @concierge email address doesn't respond to messages & that Nicola from Castore email address is now switched off.

The hoodie looks mint on the website, but the real thing feels like a snidey knock off. Really disappointed. I ordered mine shortly after the came back into stock after the launch batch sold out. Maybe they drop shipped a rush job from overseas with no quality controls. Made in Turkey.

Just received the scuba hoodie. Very poor stitching and the Castore NEWCASTLE logo isn't even centred. It is also about a two sizes bigger fit than last season's home shirt. The receipt advises to return to shop.nufc.com/pages/returns-and-refunds/ Niall and Biffa won't be happy.
