  1. Seka deal they reckon is over 20 million (possibly 25 million), the champions league money will be included in next years accounts. A 50 million increase is still quite significant for next year. The club will be adding other sponsorship within the next few years also. Again don't agree with what you're saying.
  2. We will have the champions league money and the sela sponsorship as well as a few other sponsorships recently announced. Year after we will have the adidas deal and the fan zone coming into play, so the revenue increases will again be still quite significant the next two years.
  3. We've got billions in the owners, but can't invest hardly any of that money due to the FFP restrictions. Only football can see an owner own their club and then not invest into that business. That is the main block not the 105 million threshold over three years. I honestly believe it's only a matter of time before it's challenged by some owner(s), as it's a restriction of trade and anti-competitive.
  4. I've never been impressed by our keeper when I've seen her. Mind goalkeeping is not a bright spot in women's football full stop
  5. Obviously a big step up in quality, but I'm surprised by the hoof ball to the isolated striker. Always seemed to be a passing team when I've watched them, been a bit surprised to be honest at the tactics here.
  6. You should stick to your own suggestions, and who the fuck says bruv
  7. Which is exactly the reason I stated it. Do you think I would play Schar there if everyone was fit?
  8. Especially for a player who has only been on the pitch for 16 games in a year and a half (mostly as a sub).
  9. It's not just the world champions though that is the point.
  10. Let's just play through our midfield at will then as has happened every time the current midfielders have played. Not rocket science it's quite obvious the three players cannot stop the ball being played through them at will. It might not have worked, but I put money on it couldn't have been any worse.
  11. It's the one thing I would have changed, taken Longstaff off (or either him or Miley not starting) and put Schar at number 6. Might not have worked, but I said the other day that they would play through our midfield easily and that's what exactly happened. Joelington missing was (and is) massive.
  12. I said it at half time that they were playing through our midfield, I honestly believe we be would have been better putting Lascelles on and Schar as the defensive midfielder. De Bruyne changed the game. The owners have to make a decision with injuries being nowhere near. We looked totally off our feet second half.
  13. It's exactly as I thought it would be playing through our midfield at will. I'd honestly be tempted to bring Lascelles on and put Shar in the number 6 position. Not ideal I know but can't keep going like this
  14. Not got a problem with the 105 million loss threshold, the problem is that the owners are limited in how much they can invest into their own business. This is absolutely farcical, doesn't happen in any other business and is a clear restraint of trade.
  15. The wages would be everyone I would imagine
  16. I see they're still telling there lies about us not selling out at Everton. Why do they come out with their imaginary tales, which later on becomes fact to them and something they will try to use. Can someone who has an account on there put them right. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/newcastle-fan-advisory-board.1624738/post-39883975
  17. The fucking lunatic has conducted an almost daily crusade about the takeover since it occurred. Has he put his white flag up because no fucker was interested in his rabid rants. I'm still convinced he was never a mackem fan in the first place and was just using their forum to get attention with his mad ramblings, the daft twat.
  18. As we know, it's happened several times before (and when on tv) and nothing was made of it on those occasions
  19. Of course they are. As I said earlier they firmly believe that they play outrageous football and that some of their players are going to be top level premier league class. Tottenham and Arsenal don't release high quality young players for a relative pittance. Sunday should have put their theories to bed, but they're still spouting the same shite. Only a short while ago, as we know, they were spouting off about giving PSG and AC Milan a tough game. There is a reason they finished so far behind the top two last year and are so far behind the top 3 or 4 this year, yet they still value their players at bullshit amounts.
  20. To be fair to them a few are calling him out
  21. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/the-mags-weren’t-even-that-good.1624624/post-39870102 I must have imagined longstaff's three chances, Almiron's shot going straight in before it hit the clogger in the head (which he knew nothing about) and Almiron/Gordon's efforts which were just wide. They were totally dominated by a team who only needed to play in second gear from the kick off. 30 million for Clarke, 20 million for Neil and Ballard, and a team who plays Brazil like football my fucking arse
