Newcastle United vs North London Reds - Sunday 2nd May - 2pm Live on Sky

A win tomorrow and we can move up to 13th. Totally crazy when you look back just 5 weeks after the Brighton game. -
It’s a shame when you can’t enjoy your team winning due to the two pricks. One day hopefully in the none too distant future that will change.
-
Nope that’s their full budget. There was a thread on SMB a few weeks ago after that was reported a few weeks ago in the Sun and even the mackems were saying that’s wrong. There is an accountant in the know big wig (seemingly)’on there who was explaining why that was rubbish.
-
No he's indicated that he will operate within their budget and finanial restrictions. Going to be ineresting to see what happens.
-
Jesus it's more of a foul by the Peterborough player
-
Both him and Armstrong have done well to be fair. Are they premier league quality though? I'm not so sure. Certainly don't think Armstrong is and we never really saw Toney, so hard to gauge.
-
Winning now, looks like they're going to be playing Blackpool in the play-offs. Doesn't look like Charlton are going to be there though, which is a shame.
-
Aye that was a bummer such a blatant hand ball also it wasn't even close. We were still well in control until the first goal on the 70 minute mark, then we collapsed like a pack of cards when that went in.
-
Aye saw that, matches up with what everyone thought at the time. There was a decent player in there also, just a shame it never really worked out. He has done well at Porto though.
-
It all stemmed from the away game earlier in the season, when Luton players had been taking the piss
-
All about opinions. He wouldn’t improve City though that’s for sure.
-
If I was one of the so called big 6, I would be looking to buy him or Grealish as both are highly instrumental in how their team performs. Both at a perfect age also. If we do get this takeover happening by some chance, they would be the first players I would love the club to look at.
-
You can add Everton to the list also.
-
Don't think he has mind, pretty sure the Premier League solicitors informed him that they were dealing with the club case first.
-
Have you noticed it's nearly always seemingly 'fans in peace' from their own league and never there own league, I wonder why
-
First season he was canny, but the two that followed he was pretty poor.
-
Aye he certainly wasn't anything special as a player (far far from it) and he's even worse as a pundit.
-
Aye that’s just purposely winding the fans up from both sides of the takeover argument. If you say you’re going to release it, then release it in the timescale you said it would be (he said it would be discussed on Fridays Wraith podcast). If you need to get legal clearance then don’t say fuck all until you do. He leaves himself wide open time and time again.

Suppose we hope that Arsenal get a close result today as they will play a very weakened team on Sunday, as they have virtually no chance of getting European qualification. -
Put Mbappe in that City team and they would dominate for a good few years
-
Still say the best chance we had of winning a trophy was either the Man Utd hone game when we lost 1 - 0. We totally dominated the game (more than the 5 - 0 imho), but a combination of Schmichael and some really bad misses cost us. First half we should have been 3 or 4 up. Win that game (even a draw) and we go on to win the league; or the FA Cup semi final against Chelsea when we dominated again and would have faced a very average Villa in the final.

They had a massive thread on it only 3 or 4 weeks ago
