The system currently is certainly not providing a good defensive platform. The obvious solution is to bring Dubravka back in and then once fit Fed comes in to partner Lascelles. Full backs are a problem, need Manquillo back Dubravka has to come in. Problem is it does not matter which players come in, we still concede too many goals. The real solution is a total change in manager, but, that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

I stated on another thread earlier that equally as concerning (if not more) than Wilson being absent is the fact we leak goals for fun and look like doing it every time any opposition attacks. You can’t keep letting in 2 - 3 goals just about every game and expect to get consistent results.

Everyone is highlighting how are the goals going to come about without Wilson. Valid point, but, even more of a problem is the number of goals we’re conceding. This team looks like it’s going to concede every time the opposition attacks. We have players missing, but, this has been the case all season no matter who is playing. Having to score 2 or 3 goals nearly every game to get a result is a massive problem.
