I quite like the thought of Rafa being single though.

Waiting in the wings to put a bit of pressure on Howe, knowing Rafa could get a call any minute to save our season.

Maybe I’m fantasising a bit too much, but hopefully it’ll be a bit of a kick up the arse for Howe.

Now I'm not defending Howe for these results btw, just trying to lend some perspective before people go "oOoOh GeT rAfA bAcK". Given how he's been doing with a squad far ahead of ours, I'm not so sure. Still love the bloke btw, not trying to rewrite history here.

Howe has been insistent on playing Clark too like.

Fairly convinced he’s only out of the team at the moment because he’s got Covid.

It's ludicrous and to get an email reminder as well (more comms than usual tbf). Worst thing about it for me is that they're only consulting members and not everyone who has pledged. If I was a pledger and not a member and I find out the scheme is ended without any communication or consideration I'd be livid. It probably leaves them open to legal challenge. Own 10% and have been given a contract to manage the club for the foreseeable by PIF.

It should have been the first job, well, after sacking Bruce.

I’m really unsure, tbh.

I really want Howe to do well and wouldn’t advocate sacking him at all. I also worry Rafa is coming back to us after two really poor jobs and failures at both.

But I know what Rafa can do at this club, I’ve see it with my own eyes.

They shouldn’t be at all like. We could get a couple of loans or spend £10m in those areas and improve.
