You've just picked his faults as a manager, not a coach. He's not a manager. And if he stays at NUFC he won't be the only coach our new manager will bring in.

Think people are going a bit OTT with Jones like. He's probably a decent coach but he's a million miles away from being the problem at NUFC. Whether he stays as a coach under the new manager or leaves won't be a deciding factor if we stay up or not IMO.
