Going to be a very tough 2nd half. They've got 3 players they can bring on and change the game up (Bailey, Ramsey, Zaniolo). We've got Tino and that's about it really. Maybe Hall at a push. Same problem as with the Man City game.

Douglas Luiz should be going somewhere in the summer. Ideally to us but he's good enough for the Champions League no doubt. Surprised Man Utd or Spurs haven't taken him yet.

No it'll be 2 weeks, then after 2 weeks he'll be "close" then we'll not see him play again till April.

A midfield 3 of Miley, Longstaff and White is some proper alternate reality style shit. That could've been our starting midfield 3 years down the line in the Championship without the takeover.

I think losing Miggy and only bringing in a CM is far better for the squad than letting Wilson leave and only bringing in a CM. We've got more cover in wide areas than we do at ST. Tino and Hall can with play there if needed, plus Ritchie ofcourse. And it seems Diallo is making a good impression on Howe. Equally, letting Lascelles leave and only bringing in a CM is also risky but atleast we do have 3 other CBs. Wilson is certainly the biggest risk to allow to leave. Either way, I can't see us having the time to bring in more than one player now, especially as no one has even left yet.

My thought was he is just the liason. ie. Deals with the player whilst he's on loan and makes sure he's set up and happy, not the one who makes the decision where he actually goes.

That last but is a good point actually. Although I imagine if Howe really thought giving Hall an extra 3/4 appearances would've helped us he'd have done it. It's certainly possible though that we'll have the option to buy him in the summer no matter what, BUT for a slightly higher fee if he's made X amount of appearances.

Our away form is so bad and our form is general isn't much better. A point at Villa Park would be admirable in alot of ways.

With Joelinton out the team and also Pope to some extent, Burn kind of is essential. Especially as Schar is fairly weak in the air. Burn and Botman do everything when we defend set peices.

Even more worrying then. Hope the lads knows it's Tuesday else we are really. screwed.

Definitely worrying for Villa on Monday, no doubt about that.

Hard to argue with Howe that Bruno is better as 6 than an 8. He can barely fucking move let alone sprint, there's no way he could the job Joelinton, Miley, Longstaff and Willock do in those areas.

It's quite a painful watch this one so far. We've been bad rather than unlucky. Bruno potentially the worst so far. Longstaff almost equally poor.

The amount of times Fulham players have nipped infront of us or pinched the bal away is ridiculous. We need to get a grip of this sooner than later.

Feels like they've been in control for 95% of it so far.
