To be fair my wee team Motherwell who grabbed the 3 points today had a pretty dominant display and are on a new bounce. When Kuol had the ball he was always positive and used it well but Motherwell pretty much nullified hearts forwards.

It’s okay hearts play Motherwell next Sunday I’m sure he’ll start against my team and bag a hat trick to turn him into a superstar.

Miles off it. SPL is definitely a step up. Even been used as a stepping stone for Aussie players these days to get a bigger move. The standard has even went up in the last few years I’d say watching most weeks. Hearts are actually a team very much on the up and gave a good account in Europe this season and with the right squad possibly challenge the Old Firm. Be difficult for Kuol to actually get a game but if he can get in the team I have no doubts he’ll do very well but be a much better physical learning curve. Horrible pitch to play on and watch at livi having done both and won’t have been easy for him in his first proper run out.

What’s the point in us holding up on the Ashby deal. If we rate him, he’s out of contract in the summer, if he wants to come just pay the money they want it’s not going to be anymore than a million or 2. So if he’s going to be the back up get him in now hardly going to make a massive dent by paying a million now to get him for free in the summer. Quicker Eddie gets a hold of him the better.

We were all or would’ve been happy to take Trossard from Brighton once he fell out with the manager and missed training so very similar to here. From Motherwell in Scotland. However my grandmother is English and is a bit of a Geordie I think… some of her family stay there down in Whitley Bay and are Newcastle fans. Fly from Newcastle for holidays quite often and played a few football tournaments when I was younger also. So having been to a handful of games etc. I fell in love with the stadium and became totally obsessed with the club ever since as was my first English team I watched live. Me and the family came down for a few days in October for the horse racing and the Everton game this season was a great 3 days, Miggys goal WOW.
