Very few here will have, thats why writing him off instantly is just ridiculous. I understand he may not be as fashionable signing as some may like but that doesnt mean he cant be effective for us.

I think he will go with two separate CB pairings a lot of the time, Burn and Schar / Botman and Lascelles. Injuries will mean mixing and matching but looking at how he used his CBs at Bournemouth I see this as the method going forward.

Not reading the last 2/3 pages of shite, just want to say don’t bother using Wood as an example when it comes to transfers. Absolute exception, bought for to much money (which management knew at the time) because of the desperate position we were in.

He was always going to be back up to Bruno at #6 this season, Howe has mentioned Longstaff can fill in there to. We just need to sign a front 2 CM now, wether it’s Maddison or Paqueta or anyone else.. key that we put some real goal/assist worthy quality in front of Bruno.
