tldr - Seaton Burn, near the Holiday Inn ...although no decisions made and "before Christmas" floated as a possible announcement date 🙄

Especially with (hopefully) Wissa & Ramsey to come back into the squad. Some very winnable games leading up to Man City at home on 22nd Nov -

Is someone going to take over Schar's role of following Rice all over the pitch? -
This is clearly a widely held belief, or assumption. It's why so many investors or investment firms are buying the money pits that are football clubs. Obviously our owners have the financial power to get us further up the list than the likes of Palace or Bournemouth but at the same time we don't need to be Man City for them to potentially make a substantial return on their investment once the situation you describe becomes reality.

Perhaps someone with more understanding of these terms could explain - would "equity" in this case mean direct investment from the owners and "debt" mean money loaned from elsewhere?

It's funny, I looked at the team and thought there are a few players there we supposedly have high hopes for - Heffernan, Finneran, Pivas, Neave. This was before kick off obviously...

I'd say it's more dark scarlet and ocean azure

AFC Bournemouth 0-0 Newcastle United (21/09/25) | post-match from pg. 33

Yeah I recall thinking at this stage that we were very fortunate to have the points total we did. I've not been blown away by our form so far but I definitely don't feel the same way as 12 months ago. -

Feels a bit like Rafa's "short blanket" except we've just spent £200m -

If we're sticking with five at the back we might as well go 5 3 2 and have someone up there with Das Big Cunt -

Well in that case we need to prioritise the league games then. From a financial perspective it's worth more qualifying again for the CL than going further this year but missing out all together next season. -

Can definitely be both tbf I don't like five at the back, regardless of who is in there. We can rotate in a decent looking four. I don't understand taking Elanga off early on Thursday and not playing him today unless he's injured. Joelinton likewise. Obviously they aren't injured otherwise they wouldn't have travelled. I don't like Joelinton and Bruno missing out. You can rotate and still put a better team out than that imo -

Why did we take Elanga off on Thursday then? -
Good half overall. I'd like to think the plan was to sit back towards the end of the half, we soaked up their pressure fairly well there. Then ramp the tempo up in bursts.

I'm sure Eddie has picked the team he thinks gives us the best chance of winning the game rather than planning for Sunday -

The tone/sound of that collective "Yeeeeaaaahhhhhsssss" is different to any goal we've scored before or since. -
https://www.reddit.com/r/safc/s/hSr2g1TFSc Remarkable that a thread about racism amongst the SAFC fan base doesn't have a single mention of one of their own players having to make a public statement asking them to stop singing a racist song about him. In fairness there are a few replies acknowledging general occasional incidents. You can find them right at the bottom with no upvotes...

Wasn't it reported that he only wanted a loan anyway, on the basis that Amorim is going to get sacked sooner rather than later?

Das Big Cunt would look great on a tifo mind @Heron

So four wins, two draws, finishing 14th and making the playoff round = £40m. Make it through that and it's £50m just from prize money. Really demonstrates how vital it is to qualify for the Champions League regularly, just from a financial point of view.
