I don’t think the usual piss and wind that they always do first ten mins in derby games will cut it with our current side tbh. I can’t see us being fazed at all. Their lads haven’t played in this sort of atmosphere before.

Yeah, I think it was. Trippier, Burn, Bruno, Targett, Wood. Kept us up comfortably and formed a core of the team that got us to 4th. Botman was one they tried to bring in as well, so he’s one we’ve had on the radar from day one. Summer gone was Ashworth’s first ’proper’ window. Hmm.

For me, we play bigger games, but there’s none that I get more nervous about losing. Beating them doesn’t register on my ‘important / favourite games list’
