  1. We’re not getting results. If the table was based on away games, we’d be 16th. 1 win, 2 draws, 3 losses before today. It’s close to relegation form.
  2. The away form was shite before that. We’ve been poor away this season
  3. Every time Dyche claps, football dies just a little bit more
  4. Miggy making a complete mess of that chance will be one reason
  5. Everton are playing Dyche-ball, so I’m alright with 0-0 at half time. We’re on the bones of our arse and have been shite away from home this season, so I don’t have any major issues with our performance. Hopefully we’ll come into it more as Everton’s piss and wind performance tires them
  6. Almiron and Trippier had good chances. Almiron should have scored
  7. I’ve been thinking it’s deliberate. Conserve energy and let them punch themselves out
  8. Whenever Bruno’s passing is slightly off it’s a reminder of how good it usually is - most of the time those clever passes work
  9. We’re going to get more injuries with this referee - he’s weak as piss
  10. Are you allowed to wear trousers to play these days?
  11. Load of piss and wind from what I’ve seen so far. Everton aren’t dominant, they look shite
  12. The club which sings ‘If you know your history’ as an anthem yet sings ‘you’ve never won fuck all’ at us is why I don’t like these cunts in a nutshell. Complete lack of self-awareness
  13. Simple cut & fill exercise. Not an issue
  14. I think the idea was that the arena goes for a burton
  15. Leazes Park wouldn’t be up to the council - Castle Leazes would
  16. Yes - and I’m sure the tens of thousands who wouldn’t have be able to watch successes until a new ground with an increased capacity is built will agree
  17. My favourite Man Utd ‘partnership’ is their official tractor partner: https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/manchester-united-release-a-co-branded-tractor#
  18. ‘This is how students doing BTECs worked in the 2000s’
  19. I suspect you’re right - it’s unlikely to just be stands the size of the current one made into a bowl
  20. Yep, that entirely part of the town could do with serious renovation. And imagine the footfall Sven’s would get on the way to the ground - a traditional local business
  21. yeah, I know. You’ll find I’m far less arsed re that part of Leazes Park, particularly if the demolished SJP was turned into landscaped parkland to replace what was lost. But it would still have a fun time getting through planning.
  22. I still think somewhere like the current arena site would be more likely, particularly for planning approvals etc. Redevelopment of a run down area while maintaining the city centre element (as well as better access to the better watering holes - imagine walking along from the Quayside to the match?) would be the ideal. It is closer to Central station too - and I’m aware that it’s further from Monument, but it’s often forgotten that the majority of people from Newcastle live to the west of the Monument station - most can’t actually get a Metro.
