Why are people wanting him to be given a chance to play in a number of positions? What would he bring to those positions? Because he runs around at times seems to be the only praise directed at him.After 34 games I’ve seen very little evidence to suggest he should be in the team.I also question his desire when it comes to courage ( blocking shots which could leave a nasty sore leg ?) For Liverpool’s winning goal,Salah causes all the problems at the back post.Willock is marking him.Well he was until the corner was taken.I didn’t see a player giving it his best shot at defending his goal.Our weak link,and weak when you need to be strong mentally and physically.

I’ve noticed before when it concerns us,that incidents I expect the commentator to comment on,and VAR to have a serious look at,are all but brushed under the carpet.As the game continues,we hear ‘VAR has looked at it and have seen no offence’ It’s as if VAR are waiting for the commentator to bring it to the attention of VAR. It looked a half hearted attempt to block the shot with more emphasis on getting out the way,resulting in him running past the scorer.
