Decided I wasn’t willing to pay for an England shirt so joined the knock off nigels and give this DH gate a go. ordered the home and away as they were only £24.05 all together plus delivery. Only one has turned up and the seller hasn’t read my message chasing the other for over a week. So doubt I’m getting it. the one that has turned up looks pretty legit but it’s not next to a real one. The person who made it seems to have the same problem I always had at school with sowing. The hard bit is ending the stitch and taking the machine off! 😂 other downside is i normally wear m so got an xl after reading sizing comments on here. It’s still on the tight side. Wouldn’t wear after a big meal… Seller was sportswear30, so maybe try someone else for your England gear.

He’s probably misspelt his email on the forms so hasn’t had the dates through. That and he can’t answer his phone from unknown numbers in case it’s someone trying to catch him working for ineos.

Does feel like a piss take. It wasn’t a thing when I was a kid so I’m not sure when it snook in. Kids will be kids, there will be a bit of the have and have nots with this for the secondary school age. The shirt should unite people, this feels like a dividing thing.

Just having a look at other clubs to see what else we can expect to get released. Manure have loads of different training kits.as a lot of people have predicted we might get. but bizarrely Leeds have an exclusive golf range that manure don’t. Real Madrid shit on everyone, they have way more adidas stuff.

It’s how they survive and leach from the game. set up a committee that covers shirt designs. Pay at least 12 people who are known to each other from a closed pool £250k a year. They can’t do their own admin, so get them all assistants, that will either be their wives or more likely mistresses. Give them a nice expense account, limo and so on. committee members can’t do actual work, they are there to make decisions. So employ a team of officers to put recommendations or choices to the committee. Appoint 12 officers from a closed pool of people known to the committee members. All these officers will need an admin team and assistants to do the actual work. everyone above will need to work with adidas/nike and so on and the relevant FAs. Charge them for the privilege and expect them to host them and talk through ideas at their expense. Undoubtedly at an exotic location all paid for by them. Committee members can’t be expected to attend an exotic conference other than 5* and will have to bring their families, of course all expenses paid. adidas/nike and the like will be expected to offer gifts and gratuity no doubt to committee members. All above board of course. spend a couple of years doing the above, then meet somewhere exotic to make a decision on shirt back design…. now it needs monitoring, repeat the above.

That is pretty offensive. Not everyone celebrates christmas.

Isn’t it bigger than just merchandise sales though. They have adidas stamped on every shirt for advertising. They will have it behind every interview on the wall and plastered everywhere. I bet there is a big upswing of people who go on to buy adidas stuff instead of Nike or puma for other sports stuff just because of the association and having adidas in their mind. if advertising on football shirts work, they have bought into that too by being stamped on all shirts.

I wasn’t suggesting Chelsea wasn’t a big deal for him. I was responding to the comment that Chelsea qualifying for Europe was a worrying factor in him picking them. my point is that there is more than European football when individuals pick clubs. Hence I can see someone already playing in London has other factors they will consider in staying there. Chelsea being a big club and in the city he already lives for me will be a bigger factor in his decision making than they have qualified for some European football.
