Is it right that the club will only issues credits against tickets returned and no refund from resale?

Jesus this needs elevating. Completely disproportional action by the club. At worst perhaps a warning that this isn't permitted although I'm not sure why.

Apologies if this has been covered, but the ticket office has just told me that members' tickets are not transferrable? is it therefore the case that members do transfer tickets for others to use, but strictly shouldn't?
