This is his misfit squad that he's put together. He's had more control than most managers over who is recruited. The fact we lack any truly creative players is on him. We are desperate for a Palmer, Foden, Odegaard, Morgan Rodgers, Fernandes. Instead of getting a 10 we have Ramsey and Willock. He's so lucky that Miley is actually developing into a really good player. (He also deserves praise for his development). If he's allowed to continue in the summer he has to address the balance of the squad, and be willing to change his system for different opponents.
