0.6 points more per game is a pretty big difference. That's 23 points more over a season. But I get your point.
-
I can see all top 5 sides winning this round.. That will mean 22 out of 30 points for 5th place after 10 games, 2.2 points per game. Kind of wild to be honest, might even be a new record.
-
I know it has become kind of a meme to talk about what Maddison would do for us, but imagine Maddison behind Isak.
-
Most people here were hoping for a draw. I care way more about our chances of top 4 than Liverpool getting screwed. Liverpool win in that game any day for me.
-
I don't know why folks were hoping for a draw when they played Liverpool or even celebrating their win, I think that by far result for us in that game was a Spurs loss. We're not competing with Liverpool this season, but we could very well compete with Spurs.
-
For all we know, Milan could've threatened him with not being able to train or something similar if he didn't accept our contract. He knew that we would probably pull out of the deal if he told us (assuming we didn't know).

I think I have never seen a more respectful and humble twitter account from an opponent.

Injuries, suspension and possible fatigue. These are reasons that it COULD change, doesn't mean that it's going to.

I don't understand how Chelsea can keep spending.. Their income has been better than ours, but they can spend crazy amounts while we are already at our limit.. Is it because they are selling players, in which the full fee will count immidiately towards FFP, while when you buy players then it's spread out?

Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)
Erikse replied to Marko NUFC's topic in Football
Both BVB and Milan has 2 home games left.. I also really feel like we need to win against Dortmund away to have a realistic chance. -
"Serhou Guirassy has a release clause into his contract for just €??.??" Fabrizio Romano posted this. Could be something to look at in january, we kind of need another striker due to injury problems and also Wilson getting older.
-
And then he loses motivation, and therefore will also lose most of his value? Even from an economical standpoint, this is not a good idea.
-
Need to beat Dortmund away now pretty much, then we are back in it.
-
Not sure if having Pope up there was the right call? 0-2 can really matter in terms of head-to-head GD vs Dortmund, but maybe I'm just overthinking it.
-
So far Luton has actually been the best team out of the promoted ones. Best GD, most points, and looking the least terrible.
-
If it was Man City they would get a fine. Now they can use Everton as an example and be like "See? FFP works, we care about breaches!"
-
And then they give us another player whos addicted to gambling
-
Such an important game.. If we win, we're obviously super confident about our chances. If we don't win, it's a bit scary considering our next 2 gamer are away from home.
-
Depends on how the teams line up, it's Carabao Cup 4th round.. We beat Man City in the cup, but didn't really hurt them in the league.
-
Man United has not impressed in a single game all season, they look awful in every game. Yet they have 6 wins from 12 in PL and CL... I guess they were good in the cup against the Palace reserves.
-
Wow.. Sevilla so close
-
Fair, but they're barely winning against teams like Brentford, Burnley, Forest, Wolves, Copenhagen and Sheffield United. Apart from that they have lost to any strong side that they have faced.. Doesn't scream of a good team to me.
-
Man United really has a thing for winning these boring games by 1 goal..
-
Sevilla really has a guy shouting into the stadium speaker the entire game.
