Yes Brentford would be mad to sell. Keep him this season and hope his goals keep them up. They can then activate his 1 year extension, get another season out of him or sell him albeit for less than this summer. Hes not on crazy wages anyway.

Liverpool fans ive been talking to arent convinced by Frimpong, they think he's too small. VVD is regressing, Konates lost form and wants out for more money. Kerkez isnt a massive upgrade on Robertson. Wirtz is a wonderful player but for 116m how much more will he give them that Szobozlai can in that 10 role. Of the forwards they have lost Jota, Nunez and Diaz. Very surprised they didnt sell Gakpo and give Diaz the extra money. Maybe the Dutch connection kept him about but their fans arent convinced by Gapko. Ekitike looks the only major upgrade IMO but they still need another forward.

Some people completely forget the 6 games that Wissa & Jackson could miss due to AFCON. If we are only getting one striker then id rather it was JSL for that reason alone.
