From a Newcastle point of view we’ve been flying the past few seasons, in my opinion more than Chelsea for example, we’ve won a trophy and bettered them. They just beat us to players though. Need to improve

One thing becoming more apparent is we aren’t as big as we think we are. Can’t agree wages or get transfers over the line, almost all transfer targets have joined other clubs, submitting bids much lower than asking prices, and players generally not wanting to come to us. Pre season or not I was there last weekend and it was shocking, don’t even think Isak being there would have made much of a difference. If he wants to leave and explore let home go, bring in new faces, this will be down to whoever is available now and we are dealing with what’s left. How much effect has Amanda leaving had on the whole structure now, somethings aren’t working anymore and it’s frightening.

Fun and games at the Hebburn game. Poor first half then Hebburn bossed the second half equalising in the 90th minute to then give a pen away in the 93rd minute. Pen resulted in 2nd yellow and player not happy with comments from coaching staff so walks over and chins him on the touchline on the way off. Shambles!

Actually feel sorry for him! You know what, do I fuck! We’ve been there, done that and now it’s our turn. Few signings in Jan and off we go. Thought we had a strong bench today but struggled to see on the pitch who to replace. We do however need to start swapping things around, we’ve been here before with starting the same team week after week.
