  1. Spurs are a Maddison injury away from being a mid-table side. Still early days
  2. Not sure Joelinton is in a position to be helping anyone in his current form
  3. Thought Joelinton looked terrible last night. Clearly not fit. Hope Elliot isn't out too long
  4. The loss was frustrating, but any conclusion more negative than that is unreasonable. We're beyond the point of counting moral victories, but we very well could have won had we converted our several chances, and we'd be top of the group. The actual concerning point from tonight is the bloated injuries list - Botman, Isak, Murphy, Tonali (ban), Barnes (have I missed anyone?)... If Bruno picks up a yellow against Wolves I reckon I might get some time on the pitch against the Gunners.
  5. Joelinton very flat footed, holding the ball way too long as well
  6. I don't practice in the UK so I can't comment on boilerplate language, but I'd imagine that's baked in in any Premier League counsel's precedent. And interesting as this discursion is, it's no bearing on the main point: Milan will undoubtedly be bogged down by a litigious PIF hungry to twist the knife, so to say -- and that point stands regardless of wherever the claim will be filed.
  7. Jurisdiction would be Britain, and the claim would be something amounting to contract fraud. But regardless of jurisdiction, the PIF will look to make life very uncomfortable for Milan via litigation - so it seems.
  8. Also just to add: If Milan had even a hint of this before they sold Sandro, it was reckless to sell him to a team run by board with a reputation for being ruthless cutthroat business people. I wouldn't be surprised if PIF torture Milan with litigation for years to come. A lawyer's bill for PIF is pennies, a lawyer's bill for Milan, years in, will turn into a genuine nuisance for them. And that's not to mention the potential for discovery of texts, emails, etc etc. Sounds like they're in for it.
  9. 10 months and training allowed is just about the best we could've hoped for...
  10. Will be nigh impossible to prevail against Milan in court, for all it's worth. Would require proving that they had knowledge of his behavior. And short of a text from Tonali saying hey, I'm gambling illegally, can't imagine a way to prove that. With that said, there is something curious about the timing of this? Just a few months post transfer of a kid who was the pride and joy of Milan, and for a bargain price at the time. Here's hoping it's nothing more than some blackjack, though, and this is all a big nothing story.
  11. He was knackered to be fair. Not Eddie-fit quite yet , but he'll get there... Gordon had similar lapses last season until he assimilated
