I agree IF we don't make Europe at all, strengthen in summer and have a full squad... we could put a cat amongst the pigeons again next season and I think he would be expected (from the board) to deliver it next season too no excuses.

I think he should be on full pay. If he is carrying debt due to gambling, he can recover it and get his finances on track which hopefully leads to a better mindset. Also suspending pay (if that has happened or not) may sour the relationship, paying him means we have supported him and hopefully we reap the rewards upon his return next season. I don't justify anything he's done, but damage limitation now. We want a happy, clear minded Tonali back for next season.
