Genuinely don't see the hype over Jobe. Granted I don't see him week in week out, but everytime I've watched him I've never seen him take a game by the scruff of the neck. Shows glimpses of quality here and there but that's about it. That being said he must have something if there's a handful of quality Jorman sides after him.
