There's no way we should pay 50 million for him, he's scored 1 goal this season. There's not much evidence he wasn't a one season wonder at this point. I'd definitely consider delap for lower (and frankly I think we could get him for lower) but can we go into next season with him as our only forward addition? Our next 3 games are against 13th, 12th and 14th. So not great teams but also not teams fighting for relegation. If we can win those 3 games then with a bit of luck we could be within a couple of points of the cl with a better run in than Liverpool certainly. If we can find the quality to win the next 3 games we've got a great chance

The way Chelsea are playing I think Everton are realistically the only chance of one of villa or Liverpool not finishing 4th It's a shame rosenior is being found out so early because we could have done with this Chelsea next season.

Yes Martinez clears it off the line but he fluffs the clearance and if he'd challenged Wellbeck for the header there's probably no goal
