There's not many I'd want above Eddie, personality wise. He's a class act. But he needs to stop with the predictable shite. I hope he will, and believe he's well aware of his own failings. And if the club have decided to give him next season, and write this one off as a stinker...then fair enough. But if they don't back him and help him...they can all get to fuck. Commitment works all ways. Not just fans, coaches, and players.

Just watched the presser. Unfair to accuse users of exaggerating Eddie's Hall comments. Pretty rough remarks, and this bit stood out for me: "Don't talk to me about Hall. The little cunt can suck my plums. Why the fuck did he not jump for that cunting cross, the hobbit fuck!".

First of all, the fans do show up and support the team positively. Second of all, nobody from the club reads this forum...so it makes no difference to the team's performance what anyone says here.

Not sure today is anything other than a free pass. Not a very "big club" attitude, I know. But I'm struggling to feel owt from a narrow loss to Arsenal. Arsenal are a weird team/club. Low IQ players play the short pass constantly. We're full of those players. No vision. No bravery to try the clever pass. However, we've been defensively decent. All season we've been overly worried about having a shot. And instead deciding to turn back from inside the box (all to often). Frustrating as hell, and a sign of low low confidence. When we discuss the cup win...it all gets put on Eddie for the credit. He had the multi-storey banner etc etc. He's the centre of the discussion. So it's equally as fair, when it collapses, he also gets to be the one held responsible. He gets questions asked of him. Welcome to football management. If he gets the Summer, and turns it around, there'll not be many happier than me. But for now...he's stagnated, and has ran out of game-changing ideas.
