Guest
aye spurs 17th, 6 games, 4 pts Think they had exactly the same start last season mind, and still came 5th. I'm not getting too smug just yet, but it's getting increasingly difficult, Bolton (a) next for them. Yeah but the likes of Everton, Newcastle, Blackburn, Portsmouth, etc. are a lot stronger this year. Can't see those losing it towards the end of the season like they did last year. Cajun
Kenwyne Jones ffs. No doubt he will go quiet after early hype. Happens at the start of every season. Last season that Seol was the talent everyone seemed to miss out on.

I'm not saying they'll come 5th again but it's very early days to be writing them off completely, like some seem to be doing, although I hope that they're right, of course. If the manager does change it will be very interesting to see who comes in, I've heard Souness and Roeder are available.

Portsmouth are only one place above Spurs at the moment. The test for the likes of Everton, Blackburn and Spurs will be when they've got to play in Uefa cup every other Thursday, hopefully we'll be able to take advantage of the situation. Guest kingdawson
What was Jol's thinking behind bringing Bale off for Lennon or was he injured? Bale looked absolutly knackered tbf. Jol's decision to continuously pick Keane and Robinson is the real problem.
