Parky
Who did Souness beat at the time? I was under the impression he was wank like. But he was backed and that's all that matters. Or used to matter. you haven't got a clue Dave. Sorry like. I win. Fuck you. fuck you too. Ashley wins by the way, when he walks away with the money. Soopa mike the saviour You would rather Ashley stayed than Ambani wouldn't you, just in the remote chance that he will ever match the Halls and Shepherd ? Who will agree with you on this, apart from the obvious one or two mackems.gif 21billion v 2 billion it's a no brainer.
Incognito
If this Indian chap does buy us though and ploughs shit loads of dollar in,would we ever hear those chants that were heard at Blackburn,Coventry,Wolves and other places ever again? most people here don't know what chants you mean billy. They haven't been heard for a number of years. The thing is, it would appear some people rather foolishly would prefer us to stick with Ashley, but if this bloke took over and is interested in the football, he'd blow him - and everybody else - out of the water. Complete no brainer. Totally agree.

Baggio
Profitable Group operations director John Nordmann has come out and rejected any takeover claims. "It is not accurate at all. There is no truth whatsoever with the report. Yes, we are doing some promotional work with Newcastle. But we're not in talks with them about any takeover. People just put two and two together and came up with five."
