The Blame Game

Let's see how many different people we can pin the relegation on! No duplicates please or your out.

Other than the obvious ones, i'll start with Shay Given. Buggered off in mid season to a team who were destined to win nowt (at least this year anyway) when we needed him the most. Furthermore he left us lumbered with his substandard deputy, Harper. If he ever turns up again at SJP he'll get no  from me.

I blame NE5, for his hyperbole, which obviously seeped into the mentality of the first team who then, instead of thinking about the football that they needed to play, started debating whether the new board was better than the old board and whether a manager who had won blah blah blah........

Blefuscu for taking the bait from NE5

And I fully accept the blame, in fact it was all my fault.

Are we the only team to get relegated btw?  You would think so with SSN.  They're doing some quality analysis such as this financial specialist they've got in to inform us that we'll lose a lot of money by being relegated (really!?!?!) or David Craig asking Anal Oliver 'Why are Newcastle in the Championship?'  Could it be that we didn't get enough points to stay up?

I blame the players for not looking remotely bothered for most of the season.  Backroom problems or not, there is no excuse for lacking pride and passion.

Very true, many have simply used the KK departure as an excuse for an "oh, why bother!?" attitude.

Newcastle > Boro, Hull and Sunderland, tbh. They'll always talk about you more than others.
