Village Idiot
Bulgaria beating Georgia 6-1 after 43 minutes. Berbatov with a hat trick and Petrov with 2. Is Newcastle's boy playing? Gonna do wonders for his morale if he does.

Segun Oluwaniyi
Side note: We really f***ing screwed over Croatia last week didn't we You don't understand how angry Croatians are about this. Combined with the injuries to Modric and Eduardo, I'd really avoid mentioning English nationality around any of them at this point. There's one in my hall, and I've been avoiding him since the weekend.
Guest
Kilbane's 57th successive appearance. That's a phenomenol achievement.

Shouldn't have done a merry jig at Wembley in the euro quals. (I know there is no great logic here, but I don't care. Fuck Croatia. Guest
Can't stand Bilic. Would be justice if he thought we screwed them out of a World Cup place after what he did to Blanc in '98.

Segun Oluwaniyi
Bilic is fantastic. Blanc has annoyed me recently, so Im not as sympathetic as before.

Guest Heneage
Cyprus puts another one past Italy, 0-2 now Christ, how gutted will Ireland be now. One moment of lost concentration. I haven't seen the line up but I'd imagine Lippi has experimented.

Guest
Isn't Ireland already through to the qualifying rounds? Yes, but had Italy not equalised in the last minute on Saturday, today's scoreline would have meant an Ireland win tonight would have won them the group. Village Idiot
I really doubt that had Italy lost Ireland's game they would be losing to Cyprus.

Guest Heneage
Dinotheplasticgeordie wins the award for supporting the most mental national team. Some of the stories I have read about them just this week would be worthy of a soap opera.
Neil
If Malta don't score, they'll have impressively gone the whole campaign without scoring a goal. Even Liechtenstein and San Marino have managed to score.
